Q: How can my customers find what they are looking for?

Your customers easily search for parts 4 different ways: 1). By product name, like “carburetor” or by manufacturer part number, like “12345” 2). By vehicle, year, make and model, like “2002 Chevrolet Camaro” 3). By product category, like “Air and Fuel Delivery” 4). By engine family, like “small block Chevy”

Q: Can I choose the brands I want to sell?

Yes! DCi has nearly 200 of the industry’s leading brands and we have pricing options to let you sell just a few, or all.

Q: Can I set my own prices?

Yes! Your CatalogRack eStore uses a flexible price setting process. You can set profit margins, above or below published Jobber, at one of three levels: 1). By brand , like “Edelbrock” 2). By sub category of the brand, like “Performer RPM manifolds” 3). By specific part number, like “Edelbrock 75014” And as new Jobber prices are released by the manufacturer, your CatalogRack eStore and CatalogRack front counter service are both updated the day those prices go into effect. This automatically recalculates your selling prices based on your original margins so you are guaranteed not to lose any profit. If you already use our CatalogRack service on the front counter you’ve already seen how this pricing system works.

Q: Does CatalogRack eStore protect me against violating a manufacturer’s retail MAP pricing policy?

Yes! If your preset retail price is lower than retail MAP, it is automatically overridden. Your CatalogRack eStore service automatically compares your retail price against the manufacturer’s retail MAP price to make sure you are not in violation.

Q: Who handles the parts fulfillment?

You would continue to use your current WD supplier for parts fulfillment. There’s no need to make any changes to the suppliers you use and trust.

Q: What if I have important brands that I sell, not currently in the CatalogRack eStore?

Web Shop Manager allows you to add or import products yourself from other manufacturers.

Q: How does CatalogRack eStore grow my business?

CatalogRack eStore is the fastest, most cost-effective way to be able to sell hundreds of the industry’s leading brands without hiring programmers or waiting to develop your own product database.
